Duncan Ross, Director of Advanced Analytics, Teradata Corporation

Duncan is Director of the European Advanced Analytics team, helping clients to maximise the benefits of performing data-mining on Teradata. He has worked across a variety of industries including Finance, Telco, Government and most recently Manufacturing. Duncan joined Teradata as part of the European CRM Centre of Excellence in 2001. Prior to this he was Principal Consultant for Protagona, a UK CRM company with a background in neural networks. He has a Masters from Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
